Last Years of Steam, Paddington – Wolverhampton

This book concentrates on the period in the early 1960s when the route was used as a diversionary way to the midlands, and explores the passenger trains that used the line, the freight services and the local trains, the stations along the way – looking at the whole route as if one boarded an inter-city train to Wolverhampton.
