Waterside Pubs

Colour photos and maps throughout. For what is essentially a pub guide, Waterside Pubs is unique in the way that it is organised around our network of inland waterways with each of its 26 sections dedicated to a different navigable canal or river. A map shows the route of each one which is followed by some background on the waterway itself and then detailed descriptions of typically the author's two favourite pubs that can be found along the way. Each section then finishes with a short summary on another three to five pubs that he also recommends.
